Service Areas

Routes across Bexar County and the surrounding metro. Each city below has its own page with scope, neighborhood notes, and pricing context for that area.

San Antonio

Bexar County, TX. I'll be straight with you — most San Antonio plumbing calls don't need a sales pitch, they need a truck that shows up with the right parts. We run routes across Bexar County every weekday, from Stone Oak down to the South Side, and our trucks are stocked for the calls we actually get: water heaters, slab leaks, wax rings, PRVs, hose bibbs. One trip, done.

Alamo Heights

09 Highway · Inside Loop 410. Most of Alamo Heights was built before 1970, and that's the whole story. Galvanized supply that's gone to rust, cast-iron drains thinning at the hubs, and every once in a while a 90s polybutylene retrofit somebody else did badly. We're in these houses every week — we'll quote the repair the way we'd do it on our own place, not the way that pads the invoice.

Schertz

Guadalupe / Comal County. Schertz water hits hard — like, leaves-a-ring-on-the-glass hard. Green Valley and Schertz-Cibolo are heavy on calcium, and an unsoftened tankless heater will scale up its heat exchanger inside two seasons. Most of what we do out here is softener sizing done right the first time, descaling the units the last guy never serviced, and patching builder-grade PEX that's giving up early.

Converse

NE Bexar County · FM 1976. Converse is a split town from a plumbing standpoint. Older single-story homes along FM 1976 sit on aging clay laterals and pecan roots find every joint. Newer builds out toward Live Oak are 8–12 years in, which is exactly when the expansion tanks and PRVs start failing. We work both ends of that spread every week.

Helotes

Hill Country · NW Bexar. Helotes is hill country, and that elevation works against your plumbing. Some pockets — especially homes downhill of a municipal pressure zone — see 90+ psi at the meter. That kind of pressure chews through angle stops, balloons washing machine hoses, and turns toilet fill valves into noisemakers on a clock you can almost set.
